Moin, I'm very sad to hear that. I was traveling with Google Maps and stamble over your bakery and hoped a little bit that you send it to Lübeck (Germany). Your german chocolate cake sounds tasty. Have a wonderfull day
Yes, we can! Orders need to be placed at least 2 days in advance for a birthday sheet cake, or you can purchase a round cake and have a message written on it for an additional charge.
Each of our wholesalers orders a different variety of flavors. If you're looking for a specific flavor, please call your store of choice or us at the bakery since we have all their orders in our system. Mahalo for your support!
Awesome place. Fast service and phenomenal food.
Went for breakfast and got there before 9 am. It’s a very popular stop! Gauva danish was incredible rivaling some Swedish danishes from Michigan. Spam and eggs were served fast and hot. Full coffee bar too. Prices were reasonable for the quality. I’m only sad we stopped on our last day.
Delicious food. Garlic shrimp is amazing, no shell, full flavor, and the combo includes a piece of pie. Definitely cannot go wrong here. Highly recommend. Everything we have had here has been delicious.
Amazing little roadside bakery. Plan for at least one visit if you're in the area.
Hole in the wall place with great pie. A colleague recommended it to me and it didn't disappoint. I recommend the Macadamia pie.
Love this spot on the north shore! Great donuts and I mean GREAT! pretty cool chill setting on the north shore!
I wish I could give this place 6/5 stars. My wife and I visited Hawaii for our honeymoon and asked every local where to eat and EVERYONE we talked to said Ted's. We ended up going twice in one day. We had 3 different flavors of pie and they were all good. I can only imagine every flavor is great. We also had their hot food, which was honestly just as good. We had the garlic shrimp, coconut shrimp, and BBQ chicken. The garlic shrimp was to die for!
Loved the coconut/chocolate creme pie! A whole pie is cheaper than 4 slices so if you can, go that way.
Great place! Has many options and the prices are fair. Great get away from the hotel food.
Wonderful, delightful, delicious. We'd been on Waikiki eating for the most part good but overpriced food. Went to the North Shore and food Ted's. Don't be dismayed if there is a line, these people can move through with precision. I had the crab meat and bacon sandwich and my buddy had the slice steak. Both were excellent and huge for the price . I paid just under $13 for the combo with a large drink... oh the fries were the best of any I had on the island. I'm not a pie person but they had those too. Looked delicious. Highly recommend stopping by if your in the area.
The spicy garlic shrimp was so good we are going back again on our trip! This has been the best food we’ve had so far! Highly recommend!
We stay in Laie every trip to see family but Ted's is definitely a close second for reasons to visit North Shore of Oahu 🤙. Ted's Glazers are some of the best donuts we've ever had!
If you’re in the North shore it’s definitely a must... even if you’re not, it’s totally worth driving here. Whether it’s for desert, lunch, or both. I first tried their cake at Toa luau, it was amazing so I went in to try the rest of their deserts which did not disappoint. The spicy shrimp plate was very tasty and as good as the highly rated shrimp trucks!
Parking is great at 2pm on a Monday. I can't attest to more than that. There are birds everywhere outside. They give you side eye while you're eating. The Hawaiian bbq chicken sandwich is super delicious even though it falls apart. 😁 Very worth it!
Amazing food and pie of course! The spicy garlic butter shrimp combo is amazing! The sauce is delicious and they sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top with takes it to the next level. The regular size comes with a slice of pie included! All that for only $15 bucks...great deal!
This is a quaint little spot with authentic Hawaiian food and options for others who may not want that. You will see locals eating here. The desserts are well worth it! This is a must stop at every time on Oahu!
Should you go here? Yes! What should you get? Also yes!Found this place on accident and couldn't be more pleased with out decision to go. Went a second time as well. Don't be deceived by a long line, they're fast, very friendly, military discounts, the whole package.
We went here on Christmas day. The lines were long and we had to wait a long time for food. Fortunately we had a place to sit while we waited and we weren't in a rush. The food was good but similar to all the Hawaiian food we had during our stay. Wish we had saved room for the desserts. They looked very good.
Best thing that has happened to the North Shore for sure! Variety of plated lunch options and also delicious breakfast options, not to mention all the bakery goodies. Be here early to be able to buy the donuts etc. We went breakfast, lunch and dinner 😋
This was on our list of places to eat while we were in Oahu The line ups are long but worth every second for breakfast or lunch or some seriously tasty pastries. Everything we tried over the 2 weeks we were vacationing was scrumptious If you are on the North Shore or even just driving passed take the 10 mins to eat here. People are super friendly and the food is amazing. Definitely will come back for pie or breakfast Tony and Lisa
Food was not good... The pie was great though! Highly recommend Chocolate peanut butter pie or the chocolate macadamia nut pie!
Incredible sandwiches and tasty pie. Super friendly staff as well. Make this stop a priority.
Sandwiches, garlic fries and pies are all excellent here. Great spot to grab lunch before hitting the beach or to pack a picnic. We enjoyed the BBQ pulled pork and hawaiin chicken. Plates looked excellent too.
I love Ted's! I wish I could order online, since I live on the mainland. The chocolate haupia pie is the absolute best thing you'll ever put in your mouth!
Yum! Who doesn't like a good chocolate pie? No one I want to know that's who. Local vibe, sold by the slice price, great taste and a name I can stand behind. Sold!
The pies... Have mercy! They are delicious
Really good. Had lofty expectations based on reviews and blogs. Wish I could give it 5 stars, but I feel I was so pumped up, it fell just a little short, possibly due to the fact it was so hyped. Take nothing away, it was really good. The shrimp were definitely the highlight.
Awww man, this place is one of the best the island has to offer. Definitely a come back joint, everything they offer is great, fresh food and theee pies are perfection. Choose from a variety of things this place offers, Ted's Bakery does their best at what they do!
Great food and great service. Staff is super friendly and fast! Prices are more than fair for portion sizes. My favorite spot for a quick breakfast on the North Shore.
Great breakfast for a fair price. Service is fairly quick. There are lots of chicken and other birds on and under the tables of the outside seating areas.
A staple of the North Shore. Line out the door on weekends, but cheap eats abound and it’s worth the wait. Cinnamon roll was great!
Malasadas were life changing. Best donut I’ve had, maybe ever!
Debbie K.Whenever I go shopping at Times Supermarket I always see Ted's Bakery Cakes. It looks so good I had to give it a try. I tried a slice of Dream Cake. It was yummylicious. The next time I went shopping I bought a whole Dream Cake and my family enjoyed it too. The Chanttili Cake is onolicioua. The cake is huge and we ate every bit even the crumbs. That's how good the cakes taste. 😋
The spicy shrimp is better than the pie. Pie tastes like elevated pudding. Not sure what the hype is about. But the shrimp is really good. Expensive for a large having 6 pieces but it is really good.
Basically Everything you order from here is going to satisfy your taste buds. From the local menu to especially their dessert pies. It can can busy because of it's popularity but definitely worth the wait. The service is competent and efficient!
Waited in line for 10 minutes. The food is good, but nothing to rave about. They were out of pie.
I honestly cannot explain my love for this place. I would give them 200 stars if I could. Everything about it is perfect, the location, the staff, the food is the best I've ever tasted, and the seating is nice. I hope they expand to mainland US as I was only here due to my vacation. Keep up the good work!
It's been two years since I last visited Ted's Bakery, it's gotten 'busier' than before, and by that I mean us being the only people to now maybe having two other tables. Highly recommend to visit, surprised to see their pies available in Waikiki now! The food is amazing!
Pie was a little frozen. Good food. Drove an extra 25 min to get there. Quality facility inside.
Oh man, this place is delicious. Glad I don't live closer because I'd get so fat 🤣
So overrated it's ridiculous. I was excited to come here reading the reviews but was highly disappointed. My bbq chicken was burnt to a crisp and reminds me of the food you get in a mall cafeteria. the cream pie is ultra processed piece of sugar (take a look at the ingredients). It tasted decent but nothing I would want again. Not to mention the ridiculous price of $16 for the meal.
I went to Ted's a couple times during my trip to the North Shore. I got a mixed plate and everything was great! Food was delicious and the portions were generous. The second time I went there, they failed to give me my mac salad on my to-go order. I didn't realize until I had already left, so that was disappointing. However, I still recommend you stop by if you are in the area. It is worth the wait (there will probably be a line)
What is there not to like about this place? You can eat here any meal of the day and you will be satisfied with any item on the menu. I love getting a combo plate with short ribs and garlic shrimp.
Glad we found it..easy to miss on the way to North Shore. We got there too late to get the famous pie but there were lots of other goodies. A bit run down but that seems to be the way of the area.
Had basic breakfast Sammie's. Quite good. Unfortunately they had sold out of croissant already.
One of my favorite places on the Island!!! The garlic butter shrimp were amazing!! The people are super nice and machines. Only regret...I didn't try enough things 😁
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is they serve every thing in non-recyclable plastic, even if you are eating in house. Small bakery with tons of doughnuts and different varieties of cream pies. Solidly good pie, perfect balance of pudding, cream, and crust.
Really great pie and pasteries. I tried the Cinnamon Roll, Apple Turnover, the Macadamia Nut Cream Pie, and Mac Nut strudel. All excellent. Plenty of parking for both of my visits. It was very crowded, but still had only a very short wait. Very fair prices, too.
I usually love the garlic shrimp there. Today it was very rubbery (overcooked?) and not hot when we received it. You also get a piece of pie with your meal. We tried the chocolate pie and both pieces were a gritty texture.... Definitely not what we've had there before! Disappointed!
Amazing hocolate haupia pie!
